  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or holidays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain amount (as per ongoing offers or promotions).


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email.

  • You can track your order through our courier partner’s website.


5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the address provided.

  • If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or wrong contact details, SMT Foods will not be responsible.

  • Additional charges may apply for re-delivery in such cases.


6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we deliver only within India. For international bulk orders, please contact us directly.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.
