At SMT Foods, we aim to provide you with the best quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent Refund & Return Policy.
1. Return Policy

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are:

Damaged or defective

Incorrect item delivered

Expired or spoiled products (in case of food items)

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details, invoice, and reason for return.
2. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved and the product is received back, we will initiate a refund.

Refunds will be credited within 5-7 working days after successful product pickup/verification.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase (UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.).
3. Non-Returnable Items

Products that are opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for return.

Certain perishable food items may not be returnable unless damaged/expired on delivery.

For Approved returns, we will deliver the replacement product within 5-7 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
