Refund & Return Policy – SMT Foods

At SMT Foods, we aim to provide you with the best quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent Refund & Return Policy.


1. Return Policy

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are:

    • Damaged or defective

    • Incorrect item delivered

    • Expired or spoiled products (in case of food items)

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details, invoice, and reason for return.


2. Refund Policy

  • Once your return request is approved and the product is received back, we will initiate a refund.

  • Refunds will be credited within 5-7 working days after successful product pickup/verification.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase (UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.).


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for return.

  • Certain perishable food items may not be returnable unless damaged/expired on delivery.

  • For Approved returns, we will deliver the replacement product within 5-7 business days.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
